Dave Pye, an influential and recognised industry speaker and leader, has had a stellar career in the professional services arena with a significant focus within the recruitment sector. He has worked with organisations across Europe and has been MD for two of the UK’s largest public recruitment companies. As well as working within the private equity community, Dave has also led and grown niche, private companies.
It’s this combination of expertise that has led him to becoming Co-Founder of To Augment, focused on working with high growth SMEs who are looking to scale up and evolve. Dave is also an NED to a number of companies in the recruitment and tech sector and works on Board alignment, strategy and accountability, providing support for growth and helping guide the implementation of company business plans.
Dave is married with 6 kids and in whatever spare time he has, works as a Trustee with two charities focusing on mentoring services within secondary education and international humanitarian relief.
Bradley brings 25 years of experience within the Recruitment and Recruitment Tech industry. Having set up his first IT recruitment business in 1999, he followed it with Telecoms and Medical Recruitment businesses as well as being one of the original founders of Broadbean. Throughout his career, Bradley has successfully exited a number of businesses and managed through a merger. He is also involved with a Corporate Finance business and has had experience of working within M&A.
Bradley’s experience is specialised in operations, strategy, training and culture. He’s passionate about developing positive working environments that lead to a thriving business. His personal interest in mental health and initial qualification in counselling and therapy is a critical tool he uses to bring the best out of teams and to unleash the potential of business.
Bradley is married with two teenage kids, is a frustrated Arsenal fan and an even more frustrated golfer.
